Modes of Payment

Pay via mPesa in Kenya Shillings.

Convert the price in US Dollars to Kenya shillings using a rate of 1 US Dollar to 88 Kenya Shillings or the prevailing CBK exchange rate for the day.

Use mPesa to pay for the item in your cart using mPesa Buy Goods option.

1. Use Safaricom mPesa to pay for the item in your cart.
2. Select Buy Goods from the MPesa Menu.
3. Enter the till number 56843
4. Enter Amount using the price in Kenya Shillings listed of the item you are purchasing.
5. Enter your pin number and verify the details to complete the transaction.
6. You will receive a verification from mPesa that you have paid Adroit Architecture Ltd, and shall receive a receipt of your payment via email within a few minutes.
7. You shall thereafter receive a download link for the soft copy of the house construction drawings in .pdf format within one working day. Other formats available include CAD formats though these are available under separate terms. Kindly contact us using the contact us page for more details of this is what you need.
8. Buyers within Kenya shall have hard copy drawings delivered to their premises within three working days if their payment is inclusive of shipping charges.

For payments via Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal

1. Select the paypal option during checkout, and you will be diverted to the paypal page.
2. Buyers using credit or debit cards may enter their credit card details to make their payment via Visa or MasterCard to our Paypal Account.
3. Enter your password and accept the payment by following paypal’s instructions. Kindly note that the vendor name is reflected as David Chola.
4. You will be diverted back to our site and receive a confirmation of your payment.
5. We shall confirm your payment then send you a receipt / verification of your payment.
6. You shall thereafter receive a download link for the soft copy of the house construction drawings in .pdf format within one working day.
7. Buyers within Kenya shall have hard copy drawings delivered to their premises within three working days if their payment is inclusive of shipping charges.
